BENEFITS OF WATER

As a thumb rule, the minimum water intake should be 1 litre for every 30 kgs of weight. It helps to remove toxins from your intestines and keeps you healthy!


This is very obvious that the water is essential for proper health of our body. Without it just impossible for us to survive. So for true health the body should gain level of hydration i.e. 3 litres of water should be drink per day. If in a body water level get decreases the bed odour comes out from urine which indicate lack of water.

As we know that the water act as a transport which supply oxygen to the various cells,wastage is removal,protection of join. Imagine that if we don't drink water up to level then body remains inactive and keeps us unhealthy.

It has been suggested by the expert that 10 glasses of water will be consumed by the person daily for improving our health. It is found that water level can be differ from person to person i.e. it will depend on thrust. So drink more and more which will increase your metabolism and support in breaking down the food.
