We all know that the stress is part of a life. Nowadays it has been seen that people are getting busy in their schedule for which they work continuously as a result of which stress get developed. It affects their health very badly . Sometime it get converted to the hunger and the person who get suffered from this eat just double of his/her diet and automatically the fat cells grow and increases their weight.

If we talk about the interconnection of stress and obesity then yes!! it is connected in a way that stress can affect the hunger pattern in human beings. Their diet becomes so healthy such that their are not aware of what they are eating because they are in stress mood. So don't eat when you are in pensive mind.

Few points should be follow when a stress occurs:

  • A meditation also creates a positive atmosphere around you which feel relax and freshes you mood.
  • Exercise also keeps you fit and healthy and control your emotions which helps in stress removing.
  • Sometimes listening music also helpful in removing stress.
  • Surfing net i.e. social networking sites such as Facebook, twitter also reduce your stress.

Therefore make your life stress free by adopting the points and will ultimately makes you fit and healthy .Unnecessary stress hampers the growth in the body and ultimately the person suffers.

As a thumb rule, the minimum water intake should be 1 litre for every 30 kgs of weight. It helps to remove toxins from your intestines and keeps you healthy!


This is very obvious that the water is essential for proper health of our body. Without it just impossible for us to survive. So for true health the body should gain level of hydration i.e. 3 litres of water should be drink per day. If in a body water level get decreases the bed odour comes out from urine which indicate lack of water.

As we know that the water act as a transport which supply oxygen to the various cells,wastage is removal,protection of join. Imagine that if we don't drink water up to level then body remains inactive and keeps us unhealthy.

It is found that water level can be differ from person to person i.e. it will depend on thrust. So drink more and more which will increase your metabolism and support in breaking down the food.
